Anju
From Zelda Wiki.org
Anju (アンジュ, Anju) is a young woman who is most often depicted as a cucco keeper. She has appeared in three games, but her most significant role is in Majora's Mask, the only game where she is not the cucco keeper.

Ocarina of Time
- Main article: Cucco Lady
In Ocarina of Time, Anju can be found in Kakariko Village watching over the cuccos. When you first meet her, the cuccos will be running around all over the village, and it is your job to round them up and bring them back to their pen. Ironically, Anju is allergic to cuccos, so she cannot do it herself. For your help, she will reward you with an empty bottle.
When Link returns to Kakariko Village as an adult, he may speak to Anju to begin the Biggoron's Sword quest. She will tell him that she bred a special new breed of Cucco that does not give her an allergic reaction. She gives him an egg which he must carry until it hatches (similar to the one Malon gave him as a child). After the egg hatches, Link must give the new Cucco to Anju. She will then give Link her brother Grog's blue Cucco.
She is confirmed to be the daughter of Mutoh, at least in this game. This is confirmed by the fact the man who leaves the Poacher's Saw in the Lost Woods is verbally confirmed to be Mutoh's son, and that Anju calls Grog her brother.[1]
Majora's Mask
In Majora's Mask, Anju is the inn keeper at the Stock Pot Inn. Anju is one of twenty characters in the game with an entry in the Bombers' Notebook, and nearly all of her entries are related to the "reuniting Kafei and Anju" sidequest which she plays a key role in.
Because of her involvement in the largest sidequest in the game, Anju is one of the most developed non-playable characters in the game. If you hang out around the Stock Pot Inn for an entire three day cycle you can quickly learn a lot about Anju.
Anju, in the Majora's Mask manga, defines Fierce Deity as a ferocious god.
The room key
Anju is known to easily forget things. You can take advantage of this and make her believe you have a reservation at the inn. Pay attention to what goes on in East Clock Town on the first day. You will notice a Goron who enters Stock Pot Inn. If you enter the inn before the Goron and claim to have a reservation (it must be the first time you speak to Anju in that three day cycle, and after Anju attempts to force her grandmother to have lunch) then Anju will give you the room key. It should be noted that one can talk to her repeatedly with the Deku Mask before this time without interfering with this, but not with the Goron Mask or Zora Mask (if you talk to Anju before she tries to feed her grandmother lunch, she won't believe that you have a room key and any later attempts to speak to her will only end in her realizing that she had already asked you about if you had reservations).
The room key will allow you to enter the Knife Chamber inside of the Stock Pot Inn.
The letter to Kafei
As a part of the sidequest, Anju will write a letter to Kafei. She will give it to you at a meeting that takes place at 11:30pm on the first day (she arrives at 12). If you deliver her letter to a postbox, then you will have the opportunity to meet Kafei on the second day. If you do not, then you will be unable to complete the sidequest in the same three day cycle.
Note that Link is able to meet with Anju anytime between 12am and Dawn of the Second Day, and that the quest can only be initiated by talking to Anju with Kafei's Mask after the visit from the Postman (the Postman delivers a letter from Kafei to Anju).
Moon Mask
See Couple's Mask for information on this mask.
Other Characteristics
Anju is portrayed as apologizing a good deal and appears somewhat nervous. She does not appear to be a very good cook and according to Kafei's diary, tends to leave things until the last minute. She also seems to have trouble remembering customers' faces.
She is friends with Cremia, the owner of Romani Ranch.
On the Second Day (if Link doesn't get and deliver the letter to Kafei), Anju will go to the Laundry Pool. If Link speaks to her, she will ask him if he has seen her fiance.
The Minish Cap
Description from The Minish Cap's Anju figurineYou must go and collect her cuccos in a certain time limit. If you do, she will give you Rupees and Mysterious Shells. The next time you talk to her, either heighten the number of cuccos needed, or time limit will change (or both!). If you find all her cuccos, she will give you a Heart Piece. In The Minish Cap manga, Link tries to look up her skirt as a minish, but instead gets stepped on.
Trivia
- In Ocarina of Time, Anju did not have a name, she was only known as the Cucco Lady.
