The Anti-Fairy is, as its name implies, the exact opposite of a healing fairy. It saps a victim's physical health, and in some cases their magical energy too. First seen in A Link to the Past, they are skulls ringed by red flames, and are often confused with the Bubble. In his quests, Link found out he could use Magic Powder or boomerang to turn the specter into a fairy, healing him in the process, suggesting that an Anti-Fairy is a fairy corrupted by some sort of dark magic.
