Arbiter is the fifth highest ranking that one can achieve at the Zelda Dungeon forums, appearing behind only Webmasters, Administrators, Super Moderators, and Moderators. Arbiters have moderation powers over the shoutbox. Users are designated Arbiters by their dark green user color on the Zelda Dungeon Forums.

Duties of an Arbiter
Arbiters consist of some of the more active members at the forum, and specifically, ones who participate actively in the Zelda Dungeon Forum Shoutbox. While it is a lower ranking than the moderator status, some, but not all moderators also have Arbiter powers.
- Role Models - Newer or younger members of the forum can look up to Moderators for advice on the ways of the forum.
- Activity - Arbiters are usually members who frequent the forums a couple of times per week.
- Rules - Arbiters are those that have a firm understanding of the rules and rarely ever break them.
- Hylian Knight/Noble Forums - Arbiters have access to the private Hylian Knight and Noble forums.
- Administrative Forum - Arbiters have access to the private Administrative forum and are able to voice their opinions on all issues in relation to the day to day activities of the Zelda Dungeon Forums.
- Shoutbox - Arbiters have the responsibility of moderating the shoutbox.

How to become an Arbiter?
Arbiters are chosen specifically by the sitting Arbiters, Moderators, Super Moderators, Administrators, and Webmasters. To be eligible for promotion to a Arbiter position, the member must first have become a Hylian Knight at the forum.
