The Cabana Deed is what Mrs. Marie gives to Link in exchange for 20 Joy Pendants in The Wind Waker. This deed makes Link the owner of the Private Oasis, which was previously owned by Mrs. Marie. To gain entrance to the resort for the first time, Link must show this document to the door. The Cabana Deed is a crucial item in obtaining all Triforce Shards, for there is a Triforce Chart located inside this private oasis.
