Captain Viscen is a character appearing in Majora's Mask. He is the leader of the Clock Town guards and is first seen in the Mayor's Residence, arguing with Mutoh regarding what's best for the safety of Clock Town's residents. He wants to evacuate the townsfolk to safety and, ultimately, when the Mayor comes to a final decision, Viscen is not entirely satisfied, since he wanted all the people to be safe. However, Viscen is glad that they can evacuate of their own volition.

Viscen seems to be the Terminan counterpart of the Guards seen in the Throne Room through the courtyard's window in Ocarina of Time.
