Tiny fish that dwell in the many waters of Koholint Island, Labrynna and Holodrum. When swimming under water, use your sword to quickly eliminate them, but do not be scared, they do not pose a threat.

Cheep-Cheeps are actually very common enemies in the Mario series and have been since the very first game. There are many different species of them. Some have wings and can fly. Others are very civilized and can live above the water.

Strategy

Cheep-Cheeps are not hard to kill, a single slash of the sword being enough to kill them. The only thing Link must watch out for is the way in which they move.
