After Link returns Anju's Pocket Cucco, she gives him a blue Cucco named Cojiro in exchange. Anju then asks he deliver it to her brother, Grog, in the Lost Woods. This particular Cucco only crows for its previous owner, who happens to be Grog.
As a hint to the location of Grog, Cojiro will crow when in the Lost Woods (Grog's location in the future.) He will crow regardless of whether used by Child Link or Adult Link. Only Adult Link can talk to Grog and continue the Trading Sequence.
Appearing only in Ocarina of Time, this is the second item of the Adult trading sequence.
