Decorations are interchangeable items in The Wind Waker.
Location and Uses
Decorations are small objects, usually statues or flags, that Link can put around Windfall Island and certain other islands. They are obtained by trading with the Traveling Merchants, and then buying the traded item from Zunari. Most decorations serve no purpose, but a few, like the Big Sale Flag, can help Link earn money from Kane if placed on the top of the white gate. After Link trades a decoration with a Goron Merchant, said decoration will go up for sale in Zunari's Shop.
Putting the decorations in each of the pedestals around Windfall Island makes Link get a Piece of Heart from Sam.
