Five-Star Isles is one of the isles of the Great Sea in The Wind Waker. A Piece of Heart can be retrieved by looking for a submarine, going inside, and defeating all the enemies within. Link can obtain a second Piece of Heart by using one of the Treasure Charts found in Windfall Island (specifically, Treasure Chart #33).
This island is also a recurring destination of the Ghost Ship.
