The Wind Waker

Link can get the Gold Membership in The Wind Waker, after buying 60 items altogether from Beedle at his Shop Ship. However, Link has to have the Silver Membership to get the gold. Both the silver and gold memberships are acquired by purchasing items from Beedle.

Phantom Hourglass

Link can get the Gold Membership in Phantom Hourglass, after obtaining 50 points altogether from Beedle. More expensive items are worth more points.

A gold membership gives Link 20% off all purchases he makes at Beedle's ships, excluding Masked Beedle. Link also receives a Compliment Card, and with it, a big thanks from Beedle.

If Link can get 100 points, he will earn a Platinum Membership.
