The Golden Leaves are a set of quest items in the game Link's Awakening. Link comes to a villa south of Pothole Field. Inside is a man named Richard and a multitude of frogs. Richard tells Link he once lived in Kanalet Castle, then asks him to retrieve the five golden leaves that he left there. Once Link does so, Richard gives him the Slime Key to access Key Cavern, the next level.
