Kobitan is one of three areas which are available at the start of the game. It's a small town that has recently been over ran by Moblins who have eaten everything they got their hands on, causing it's lone inhabitant the Hungry Lady to starve. It should also be noted that this is the only area in the game where Zelda can face a Vire. After completing the stage, Ahitaru becomes acessable.
