Nabooru is a town in The Adventure of Link in Eastern Hyrule. Since Nabooru is across the sea, Link must obtain the raft from the Island Palace in order to reach this town.
To receive a spell from the Old Man living here, Link takes water from a nearby fountain and gives it to a woman who is thirsty.[1] The woman thanks the young hero by letting him inside her house and allowing him to talk to the Old Man at the end of the basement, who teaches Link the Fire Spell as a reward.[2][3]
Nabooru, one of the Seven Sages from Ocarina of Time, is named after this town.
