Oshus's Sword

Oshus's Sword is the first sword obtained in Phantom Hourglass. It is found inside a chest in Oshus' storehouse, which can be opened using the correct password. Ciela tells Link that the password she has seen Oshus use is the number of palm trees found on the beach of Mercay Island. The sword is nearly identical to the Hero's Sword from The Wind Waker, except with a blue pommel and a slightly longer blade.

Oshus's Sword is somewhat weak, like all first swords acquired in Zelda games but, like always, it has power enough to get you through most of the game. You can power this sword more by collecting Power Gems and then sailing to Spirit Island to put them to use on your power fairy. The same can be done to your Phantom Sword once it is acquired.
