A sad ghost that roams the Graveyard in northern Hyrule, and the Village of Outcasts, the dark world version of Kakariko. The Reaper means no harm to anyone, but it is likely to get in the way. Link can defeat it easily with two slashes from his sword. It is very similar to the Poe in both behavior and appearance.
