Trivia
- The Royal Crypt has many callbacks to the first Legend of Zelda. For example, the crypt's background music is a remix of that game's dungeon theme, the sound effect heard when revealing the two keys in King Gustaf's room is the same as the sound effect for uncovering hidden items in the earlier game, and the Gibdos can be seen holding Small Keys and Bombs just like the Stalfos did in the first game.
