Signpost Maze is an area that is found in Link's Awakening. It is a four-screen area with numerous signposts. Each signpost you read points you in the direction of the next one to read. For example, if a signpost says that the next sign is directly East, you must go in a straight line east until you find the signpost. After successfully following all of the signposts, you will be enter Mamu's home. After paying him 300 rupees, he will teach you the Frog's Song of Soul. This is necessary for progression in the game.
The signpost maze cannot be solved until you have the Hookshot, which is required to reach the signpost in the bottom-left corner of the area.
