Talk:Building Your Timeline
From Zelda Wiki.org
In the wake of the new popularity of the Timleine Series (All thanks to the feature, thanks again GC) I've decided to open this tutorial like article to assist in the navigation of the articles. I'm also hoping that it will help the article writers to appropriately tune the information to a less experienced audience and pick up on any small-yet-important details we may be leaving out. --PIE.
[edit] Hmmm
I'm not so sure I like this page the way it is. Requesting permission to add other possibilities to it? The problem I have with this page, is that it claims that there is an adult/child timeline- something that has never been stated by Nintendo. It has been said that there is a split, but not that "the end of OoT never really happened". I think we all know that this was not intended when the game was made... That's just my thought, but it is stating that timeline as fact, when there really is no proof. Thoughts? —Alter {T C B H } 19:32, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
- I'd think it'd make a worthy inclusion. The aim of this article, I think, is to only post the confirmed things and filter out as much of the speculation as possible. If you can manage to write it up in that manner it should be safe on the page. Adam seems to be the most knowledgeable regarding Timeline stuff, so if he removes it or changes it...trust him. [edit] Well
It seems to me that the child and adult timeline arcs should be one arc split into two timelines —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fredisawizard (talk) 19:51, December 11, 2009
