Mark II Release Dates

Does anyone know all the release dates for the Mark II version? The selling point was the phrase "Now with a brighter screen". The North America release was September 19, 2005. Does anyone else know the others? I've been searching but have had no luck.Matt ^(Talk) 08:26, October 20, 2008 (UTC)

I just went to the Japanese Wikipedia page for the SP, and it looks like the Mark II SP was never actually released in Japan! And from what I've found, it never came out in Europe, either.[1] No clue about Australia, but I'd hazard a guess that it never happened there.
