Optional Fields

Could someone with coding abilities make the item, boss, and mini-bosses invisible if unused? Final dungeons like Onox's Castle don't have items, while small dungeons like Hero's Cave or Ice Cavern might not have bosses or mini-bosses. --Douken 11:27, 5 April 2008 (EDT)

It made sense to me, so I went ahead and did it. Good idea there, Douken. --Ando (T : C) 23:18, 5 April 2008 (EDT)

Suggesting a new field

Considering this talk page was last edited 30 months ago, I doubt somebody will ever know about this request, but I want to propose a new field to the template. One where you can add the elemental theme of the dungeon in question (you know: Whether it's fire, forest, water, multiple themes, etc.); I would normally do it myself by copying and pasting some coding, the problem is that I don't know how to make it an optional field, since not all dungeons in the series have a definite element, and thus it can remain empty or just excluded in the necessary cases. Is there someone here to make an opinion about this? Thanks in advance. --K2L (Interrogatory) 01:18, 10 October 2010 (EDT)

Never mind, I already found out how. Now I'll start editing the dungeon articles to see if I did things well. --K2L (Interrogatory) 01:40, 10 October 2010 (EDT)

Minor mistake

There seems to be a code error; if you go to any dungeon article you will find a naked field over the introduction text (it says "|mini||}}" or something like that). Might be result of the latest edit, but I have checked the source code of the current revision and I don't know how I could make the proper fix. Ideas? --K2L (Interrogatory) 19:43, 7 January 2011 (EST)

Fixed. --AchillesAndTortoise 21:14, 7 January 2011 (EST)

Adding related places to the dungeon template?

The headline should say it all. Any way to add related places to the dungeon template? TriForce64 19:39, 26 March 2012 (EDT)TriForce64

Hmm... Actually, now that I think about it, there's already a "location" field. Unless there were many dungeons that could be associated to more than one location (which there isn't) it wouldn't be worth it. — Hylian King [*] 20:08, 26 March 2012 (EDT)
