Recipes are items found in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. Recipes allow Tingle to create certain items, such as bombs, escape potions, and healing items. Certain items are required for each specific Recipe. They can range from three to 15 items. There are a total of 31 Recipes in all. They can be found in many different places- some are located in Treasure Chests, while others can be found in dungeons, by digging, or won through mini-games. There are also a select few that may be purchased from the chef in Port Town.
The Super Chef Hat Rupee Good can be obtained by speaking to the Port Town chef after Tingle has collected all 31 recipes.

Lon Lon Ketchup
Lon Lon Ketchup is a recipe from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, consisting of two Aroma Toadstools, five Crisp Tomatoes, and seven Sweet Potatoes. The recipe is obtained by killing all the alien cows around Lon Lon Meadow.
Meat Soup
Meat Soup is a recipe that Tingle can make in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, if he has the right ingredients. It takes 5 Mini Apples and 6 Rib Steaks. The recipe itself can be bought from the Waitress for 1,500 rupees.
Mega-Tingly
The most powerful potion in the game, Mega-Tingly is the twenty-seventh recipe in the list. It can be obtained from the Shaman hidden in Mount Desma.
Mega-Tingly requires 15 ingredients: 3 Marbled Meat, 3 Skull, 5 Minced Meat, and 4 Ground Shell: it therefore needs both cooking pot upgrades from the Chef's wife. It restores all of a regular bodyguard's health, and it can be sold to the Guard for 1400 rupees.
Queen Juice
Queen Juice is an item in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. In the plot, the recipe for Queen Juice can be obtained by paying Bella, the owner of the Juice Bar in Port Town, a certain amount of Rupees. Queen Juice is required to revive the Journalist when he is encountered for the third time.
Simple Juice
Simple Juice is a juice in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. The recipe for Simple Juice is 3 Mini Oranges and 2 Crisp Tomatos
Steamy Oil
Steamy Oil is a recipe that Tingle can make in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland if he has the right ingredients. It takes 6 Baby Sharks, 2 Rib Steaks, 4 Love Carp, and 3 Thick Meat. The recipe itself is found in in a pit in the Steamy Marsh.
Sunshine Paste
Sunshine Paste is a dish in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. Sunshine Paste is the local speciality of Cape Treasure and is made from the following ingredients:
- Bone X 6
- Minced Meat X 4
- Wakame Seaweed X 2
- Moss X 2
Interestingly, all these ingredients can be found on the Hometown Prairie even though Sunshine Paste is Cape Treasure's local specialty.
Sweet Juice
Sweet Juice is an recipe found in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. It can be obtained by paying Bella, the owner of a juice bar in Port Town, a certain amount of Rupees. Sweet Juice can be used to revive the Journalist when he is encountered for the second time.
Tingle Fireworks
Tingle Fireworks is a recipe that Tingle can make in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, if he has the right ingredients. All it takes is three Bones. The recipe itself is obtained right at the beginning of the game.
Tinglene
Tinglene is the seventeenth recipe on the list; it can be obtained after arriving at Gooey Swamp. It can be bought from the medic of the expedition for at least 2000 rupees, who is hinted to be Missy's hero.
It takes 13 ingredients to cook Tinglene: 5 Skull, 4 Minced Meat, and 4 Ground Shell; therefore, both cooking pot upgrades from the Chef's wife is required. It can be used to cure 8 hearts of regular bodyguards, or it can be sold to the Guard for 530 rupees.
Tingly
The second recipe on the list, Tingly is encountered early on in the game. It is written by and obtained from Missy, the Jeweler's daughter, who is found at the end of Port Town, playing with the other town children.
To create Tingly, 5 ingredients are needed: 3 Minced Meat and 2 Ground Shell. Because of the low amount of ingredients needed and their early availability, Tingly can be produced easily early in the game. However, as it only heals 4 hearts, it is useful only then. It is also necessary for story progression, as the Guard will ask for one to cure his wife. After that, he will buy any Tingly carried by Tingle for 42 rupees.
