The Tuni Nut is an Item in Oracle of Ages.[2]

Location and Uses[]

Oracle of Ages Manual Description
Oracle of Ages logo
Tuni Nut
This nut is the symbol of Symmetry City — a city found in a distant corner of the world. If anything happens to this nut, the city will fall into a state of severe imbalance.

During the past, Veran cracks the Tuni Nut, making Symmetry Village fall into a state of imbalance.[1] When Link attempts to reach to Symmetry City during the present, he instead finds the Symmetry City Ruins. After retrieving the Cracked Tuni Nut from the past, Link proceeds to restore it with Patch's ceremony. After placing the restored Tuni Nut on its pedestal inside the Middle House, Symmetry City is also restored.

Nomenclature[]

Tuni Nut is a palindrome, fitting with the theme of Symmetry Village. This is also true of its Japanese name when written phonetically with Hiragana.
