Unicorn Fountain in Ocarina of Time (beta).

The Unicorn Fountain was a beta (prerelease development period of the beta) Ocarina of Time fairy fountain. It contained a spot to play the ocarina on which after doing so, fairies would pop out. It's location was supposed to be under the ice in Zora's Domain as Adult Link, but it is impossible to melt the ice, making the fountain unreachable by any normal means. However, it is still possible to find the entrance to the fountain as both a child and an adult. As a child, the player should dive down with the golden scale near the waterfall. There is a large drop-off which ends in a small alcove. This alcove was to be the entrance to the fountain. Adult Link can reach it by going through the boundaries in King Zora's throne room and falling down far enough to swim under the ice. However, the alcove does not lead to the fountain. It is just the entrance way, which was simply never removed. It was believed Link would receive the Sword Beam there.

Many attempts have been made to try to reach the Unicorn Fountain but none have been successful. However, people have found ways to get behind the wall that would have led to the fountain despite there not being anything behind the wall.

It is possible that the sword beam was acquired there as it was removed from the game along with the unicorn fountain, also the sword beam would probably have used magic thus it would make sense if it were learned in the unicorn fountain.

There is a myth that the triforce was obtainable there but that would make no sense because 1. zoras domain has nothing to do with the temple of time, the temple of light or the triforce 2. That the triforce is in the sacred realm 3. the sacred realm is in the temple of time 4. The unicorn fountain is not the sacred realm
