[edit] Kakariko Connections
Hi there. Props for thinking outside the box on your "Trinity of Truth" article. Very well thought out, and I'd say you're definitely onto something. While reading I had a couple of thoughts about Kakariko Village as it exists in OoT, and what we know about Kakariko from ALttP.
Firstly, the "truth-seeing" man referred to in OoT may very well be Sahasrahla from ALttP, obviously a very important figure in the village's history.
Secondly, and this one I admit is a bit of a stretch, but let's recall the villain/4th Dark World boss Blind from ALttP, whose name is also connected to the village. The contrast between his name and the revealing properties of all three of the Sheikah artifacts may very well be more than conincidence.
Of course, I'm drawing my assumptions without regard for any sort of dedicated timeline theory, since in 99% of the theories I've encountered, including my own, the events of ALttP most assuredly take place AFTER those of OoT.
Let me know what you think. Thanks. Kale 13:52, 15 November 2009 (UTC)
- Kale, thanks for messaging me! Hmmm your link of Sahasrahla to the "truth-seeing" man from Kakariko is interesting but may be flawed - as Sahasrahla was Hylian, and not Sheikah as the creators of at least the Lens and the Mask of Truth were, and as you said, it has been timelined that A Link to the Past follows Ocarina of Time and not the other way around. He could've been the creator though, because the Sheikah and Hylians were known to be racially connected, through the Triforce and its protection, if in fact the Legend of Zelda series is simply legend and doesn't subscribe to any timeline. The second theory is cool too, how his name is the definition of a non-Sheikah without the use of such artifacts, i.e. a regular human/goron/zora/gerudo,etc... —Cipriano119 < T > 21:56, 15 November 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Pages you've been redirecting
Hey! I've noticed you've been redirecting several pages that deal with locations and merging them to the Kinstone Fusion page. It's usually best to place the merge tag into the pages you feel that should be merged and start up the discussion stating why those articles should be fused into another page instead of taking action right away. Even if the reasons why they should be merged is obvious, it's still preferable that some discussion takes place to make sure that not too many people have a problem with the article getting merged. Thanks! Dany36 19:36, 19 October 2009 (UTC)
- Another thing, when you merge, place the discussion from it into a new section on the target page so the redirects won't have discussions and so people can see what level of support the merge had before it was done. Axiomist (talk) 04:38, 23 October 2009 (UTC)
- That's straight - thanks! —Cipriano119 < T > 16:00, 23 October 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Hi!
You're doing some good work, bro! However, I've noticed that you're making multiple edits on the same page in quick succession. This really strains the server and floods the "Recent Changes". Instead, try to use the "Show Preview" button next to the "Save Content" button to take a look at your material before you post it, okay? Keep up the good work!-Neo(U) (T) (C) (Home) 21:59, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
- Yea, I got you =) —Cipriano119 < T > 22:00, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Links to Theme music
I checked the Water Temple one and it said "Invalid Link", moreover I'm wondering if anyone at ZREO is ok with this project. Axiomist (talk) 21:22, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
- Yea I realized that and switched the link to the actual temple theme externally linked on Galbadia Hotel, a video game soundtrack database that specializes in free, accessible video game music =) the ZREO stuff is cool but i think we'd actually need their permission. —Cipriano119 < T > 21:53, 6 November 2009
- Ok, I assumed it was the ZREO stuff, the OoT links are showing up as invalid to me. :S Well I'll check with Galbadia Hotel to see about linking back to this wiki :D I see they have an affiliates section and Link Exchange. We always want more. Axiomist (talk) 22:26, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
- Oh and plus, thanks for deleting that template I made. I had an idea in mind for that, but it didn't tranfer well to a template, so I was going to ask one of you guys to strike that out. =) That's interesting, the OOT links work fine for me =( We'll figure something out... —Cipriano119 < T > 03:28, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
- I didn't delete the template, I just kept the summary in it and moved the no include tag above it. Specifically I meant the OoT temples, Water Temple, Fire Temple, Shadow Temple, and Forest Temple. I asked others on skype-same answer even with different browsers.Axiomist (talk) 05:05, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
- Wow dude, I'm really out of it then! Its weird; earlier, I was able to access the music files with no problem. Yea I just checked then again and they don't seem to work? What do you think? Would you rather have the links deleted, or keep them there and replace the source for the time being? —Cipriano119 < T > 06:12, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

Ah, these things happen with external links, I'd say nearly 50% of such have died during my tenure here. I didn't remove any of the invalid links on the OoT Temple articles to make it easier for you to check to see if there's a flaw in the addy. But if you have any options on it, you're free to experiment. The only thing I wouldn't recommend at this point is uploading all of the files, think of that as last resort. Yeah, Jason consults us a lot and we try to get input from one another as well. Btw I never fully congratulated you on the Wiki Exclusive Trinity of Truth, Nice job! It had full staff support when Jason presented it to us! Chris was asking in skype if you had any sources for the Stone of Agony article, and if you would or would not include it in the Sheikah article. Axiomist (talk) 06:50, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
- This thread is getting long... I may have to get on skype ha! Thanks man, I'm probably going to have another go at those exclusives soon... if school permits. =)
- As far as the Stone of Agony goes, I really didn't have many sources besides the "Well of Three Features", its location in Kakariko Village(a Sheikah town), and its perceptive ability correlation with the other two objects. The Lens and the Mask (esp. the Lens) had multiple sources, some already in the Sheikah article - but since the Stone is only in Ocarina of Time (the other two are also in Majora's Mask), and that it had no visible relation to the Sheikah symbol (did not embody it or have it on its surface), I feel it would be difficult to present as a referenced argument in the Sheikah article. —Cipriano119 < T > 06:59, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Merge
I got a merge for you to comment on. Talk:Cyclops Reef is the page to look at. Go ahead and leave your thoughts there.-Neo(U) (T) (C) (Home) 03:16, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
