Preview Obligation[]
Hey, since you were very helpful the other day, I hope you won't mind if I ask another question. The wiki is forcing me to preview every edit I make, if I attempt to simply submit my edit the preview button starts flashing and I can't continue until I press it. Normally I wouldn't mind, but this can get tedious if all I'm doing is fixing typos. Is that just something I'll have to deal with or is there a way to grow out of it?--PJDEP 01:10, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
- Of course I don't mind. :) But...hm....that's weird.... You're an autoconfirmed user, so apparently you shouldn't be getting that force-preview thing. Dany, I am sorry to bother you with this, but I recently made a discovery in regards to TMC that I have been trying to post on the proper page, King Gustaf. However, a disgruntled editor who has a differing view of the Zelda timeline has been protesting its inclusion and Mandi has removed it and locked the page despite the quotes, tags and placement necessary for inclusion. I would like to ask you to see if you can negotiate its restoration to the page and the unlocking of the page as it was unnecessary and unmerited. Dany, there is another edit dispute on Eiji Aonuma regarding his input on the timeline. Triforce of the Gods continues to revert input stating that there are those that question such a statement without confirmation from Miyamoto, despite continued attempts to reason with him. Sources box removal?[]
Hi there,
I noticed you removed the "this page is lacking citations" box on the top of the Shad page. I've been adding a lot of citations to various pages on the "articles needing citations" list recently but am not sure when it's appropriate (or IF it's appropriate for me) to remove them from that list. Have any info for me? =)

- Oh, yeah! I was actually gonna mention that to you on your userpage, but it seems you have beaten to it, haha. You can remove the sources template as you see fit. With the amount of references you're adding to the articles, I'd say it's pretty safe to remove it. Don't be afraid of taking out the pesky templates out of the articles. If for some reason someone else believes that the page still needs references, the template can be easily added back in, so yeah. :D Any other questions, don't hesitate to ask me or any of the active staff members! Category[]
Hi, I have a question: I want to add the sidequests regarding Romani and Cremia into the Sidequests category; I mean, only the section regarding the sidequests, since the page is about the characters, and I know that creating an article about the subject would be redundant. Is there a way to categorize a redirect, a section or something? (Post-Data: Good thing I previewed this post before saving, because I've just discovered that writing [[Category: Sidequests|Sidequests]] puts this talk page into ..... well, you know =P). --K2L 13:40, 12 May 2010 (UTC)
- Hmm...I'm not sure if you can just categorize a section. I guess you could make a redirect to the sidequests part and categorize the redirect like you would with any other page. Cats' Images[]
Hi, I was wondering if there is an image available here showing the cats from Hidden Village. I'm interested to make a page about the minigame where you talk with them, but after looking through several articles (including Cat), I found nothing satisfying (I was going to take the image where Link is in front of the village's ruined houses, but he's in human form in there, so that picture is useless since the minigame has him in wolf form). --K2L 03:10, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- Hmm...nope, I don't think we have images of those cats. But...ah...I think I might be able to get some by the weekend. I took some pics of the Hidden Village but none of the cats. Dungeon . . . Template?[]
Hi, I have another question. When I was editing the Gibdo Well and the Ikana Castle articles, I noticed that they were categorized in both Dungeons and Mini-Dungeons. Seeing as the Mini-Dungeons category is already a subcategory of the other category, there's no need for those articles to be in both, only in Mini-Dungeons. So I tried to remove the Dungeon category from them, except it's placed in there by a template (Template: Dungeons (edit)). When I clicked Edit, I found a very large source code I'm not familiar with. So I'm asking you how to, in this case, remove the Dungeon category in articles that are already categorized into Mini-Dungeons. Cheers. --K2L 03:26, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
- Hmmm...the template causes for any article that uses the Dungeon Template to be added under the Dungeon category (just to make it easier on folks). I'm not too sure if there is a way to make an exception for certain pages... - I've changed the template to allow this, and updated the two pages mentioned. All that needs to be done is to add an extra line into the template:

I must apologize for removing the Aftermath section from the Great Flood Article. I must have accidentally cut it out while updating the image and never double-checked to see if everything was still there. OoT3D[]
It isn't an exact port. Master quest has its own page, and it only adds a few gold skulltulas and eplaces a song and a symbol. OoT3D is sopoeto add a lot more than that. So why does it get a paragraph on a different page? -- կրակ (խոսել) -- 03:22, 17 June 2010 (UTC)
- Maybe once we know more about it we'll make it its own page. Right now we practically know nothing of the changes that are going to get made (aside from graphics and the item menu). Hey girl! I have a question. When I was looking at the Ordona (Spirit) page I noticed most of the article is about Ordona possibly being "less important" than the other four spirits because of her exclusion in the Interloper War. Would it be pompous to reference my Wiki Exclusive there? Or do we just not reference those in articles? I only ask cuz it fits pretty well. - Well, it's possible that you may have overwritten the file extension by mistake. Try saving the image and uploading again. Also, those boxes are templates. If you'd like to put them in a box, use the following:
{{userbox container r|(name of box)}}or{{userbox container l|(name of box)}}for a box on the left. If you'd like the specific userboxes that Dany is using, type the following:{{User Citationist}}
{{User Redirects|y}} Or {{User Redirects|n}} if you are against them
- If you choose to put them in the container, make sure to end it with:
