It is the eighth item in the Oracle of Seasons Trading Sequence. This is a small wooden bird toy , as its name states. Given by Syrup in exchange for helping complete her Potion with the Mushroom. This toy is passed on to the Clock Maker in Horon Village for finishing a clock, in return for the Engine Grease.
