Yoshi's Island is a stage in the Super Smash Bros. series. It is based off of several video games, most notably Super Mario World, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, and Yoshi's Story.

In Super Smash Bros. Melee
The Yoshi's Island stage in Super Smash Bros. Melee was based off of the location of the same name in Super Mario World. It is somewhat enclosed by a slanted pipe to the left and a slope to the right. There are several platforms made of turning blocks, and turning blocks also cover the pits in the middle of the stage. The Yoshi's Island stage from Super Smash Bros. was also available as an unlockable stage.
In Super Smash Bros. Brawl
In the Nintendo Wii game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the Yoshi's Island stage is based off of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island DS. It is a very small stage with just one platform. Sometimes, Support Ghosts pop up on the side of the stage, functioning as temporary platforms. The stage also features changing seasons.
The Yoshi's Island stage from Melee is also a selectable stage in Brawl.
