Zauz's Island is home to the blacksmith, Zauz, in Phantom Hourglass. There is also a puzzle for a treasure as described by a truth stone at the northern coast of the island.

After receiving the three Pure Metals, Zauz will forge the Phantom Sword, which is Phantom Hourglass's most powerful sword.
