Zelda's Letter is a letter that appears within The Legend of Zelda series, as a letter given to Link, by Princess Zelda herself.
Appearances, Location and Uses
Ocarina of Time
Ocarina of Time and is a letter from the Princess of Hyrule, none other than Zelda. In order to get Zelda's Letter, Link will have to enter Hyrule Castle and come to where Zelda stands. Once inside and speaking with the princess, he will get the letter. Zelda's Letter is required to get past the guard in Kakariko Village at the gate to the Death Mountain Trail. After that the guard has been given the letter, he will open the gate and anyone can pass.
Spirit Tracks
The appearance of a letter from the princess returns in Spirit Tracks, when she slips Link a letter at his promotion to Royal Engineer. The letter concerns Chancellor Cole, who she believes may have to do with the disappearance of the Spirit Tracks.
