Carpet Merchant

The Carpet Merchant is a salesman who runs a shop in the Haunted Wasteland in Ocarina of Time. He sits on a Flying Carpet, and sells Link lots of ten Bombchu for two hundred Rupees a bundle.[1] Link can access his flying carpet by using the Hover Boots to cross onto it. It is unknown why the salesman runs a business in such a remote area.
Trivia
- His Terminan counterpart is the Swordsman.
- Although difficult, it is possible to jump to the Flying Carpet (without the aid of the Hover Boots.)
- His dialogue contains a typo or mistranslation. He greets Link with a hearty "Well Come" instead of the proper "Welcome."[2]
