Template:Place The Miner's House is a location in A Link Between Worlds. It is located west of Death Mountain and east of the Lost Woods in Hyrule. It is the workplace and home of Rosso.

Overview

The Miner's House cannot be entered by Link before Yuga captures Hyrule Castle, because Rosso is away mining ore at Death Mountain and has locked the door. The building is surrounded by countless rocks which, according to Rosso, appeared when he came home from his mining expedition – presumably having been shot out of the mountain during an eruption.[1] If Link talks to Rosso after his initial encounter with him, he will give him the Power Glove.[2][3] It can be used to lift the rocks outside, after which Link is rewarded by Rosso with a chest containing a Purple Rupee.[4][5][6] After cracks begin to appear across Hyrule, one appears in the Miner's House that gives access to the northwest region of Lorule. The Lorule equivalent of the Miner's House is a dilapidated building with no inhabitants.
