A Slime only appears after Link sprinkles Magic Powder onto certain enemies. These enemies include:
The slime is fairly weak and is easily dispatched with one swing of your sword. This is quite handy when one is low on health and high on magic.
Phantom Hourglass
In Phantom Hourglass slimes appear throughout the game in the many dungeons. These creatures act very similar to Gels in that attacking one splits the slime into two smaller slimes.
