Super Smash Bros. Melee[]
In one of the Super Smash Bros. Melee event matches, you play as a Link in red fighting a Dark Link. This is thought to be a reference to the shield spell, as most people would use it before fighting Dark Link. Would this be worthy of Trivia or something? Yashichi 03:20, 22 April 2009 (UTC)

Thunder Spell[]
To get the thunder spell I'm pretty sure you need all of the Magic Containers not the Heart Containers but I'm not 100 % sure though... --Archon 14:59, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
Suggested move[]
What are the merits to moving this page to "Magic of" rather than "Spells of"? Similar pages for other games are titled "Spells of", and all the magic described on this page is listed as a spell. It's untidy to have these boxes hanging around the tops of pages indefinitely so could someone justify why the move was suggested in the first place? Otherwise I'm going to remove the box. Thanks. - Because in the manual they are referred to only as "magic". However, Zelda.com calls them spells (e.g. Spell Spell). --SnorlaxMonster 06:09, 21 November 2012 (UTC)
- Whether the box is "untidy" or not is irrelevant if there's a good reason to move a page. It takes time and a lot of work to move a page, and sometimes there needs to be discussion, that is why the boxes are placed there. I also justified the addition of the box when I added it in the page history, and SnorlaxMonster has covered it there. Zelda.com is not a reliable source, we always take other sources over it, and frankly, "Spell Spell" is dumb. As for what other pages do, that's irrelevant for the moment; the word "magic" is used much more prominently in the series than "spell". Link never casts spells, he uses magic, which is a different thing. Except when using the Spell Magic, obviously.
